To complement your sessions, this program also includes a guided grocery shopping experience, either virtually or in person, where you’ll learn how to select wholesome, satisfying foods that align with your goals and your budget. Your coach will help you plan balanced meals, understand ingredient labels, and make confident choices that feel realistic, nourishing, and sustainable.
